qualification and GB2626-2019 (KN95) inspection standard, international ISO9001 ,
QC080000 qualifications, with a daily production capacity of 100000~150000
Specification :
Scope of application :
Normally protection in daily environment, not recommended to be used in oily medium environment.
Material :
The mask is made by 5 different kind of material, the outer layer is non-woven fabric, the 2nd layer is polypropylene melt blown fabric, the 3rd layer is hot air cotton , the 4th layer is polypropylene melt blown fabric, the inner layer is non-woven fabric , which are made by ultrasonic heat sealing, electric welding, upper belt and other processes.
Product performance :
The bacterial filtration efficiency and air resistance meet the GB2626-2019 standard .
Fitting Instructions :
1. Pre-stretch the straps and expand the mask
2. Position the mask under your chin with the nosepiece up . Pull the elastic ear-loop behind your ears and adjust the mask until confortable .
3. Place your fingertrips from both hands at the top of the metal nosepiece . Using two hands mold the metal nosepiece .
4. Place both hands completely over the mask and exhale sharply to check the mask-to-face seal . If air leaks around nose , readjust the nosepiece as described in step 3 .
Notes :
1. Do not alter , reuse wash or share the mask .
2. Distinguish inner layer and outer layer ( With KN95 logo ) of the mask . Do not position the mask under your chin with the nosepiece up .
3. Wash your hands before applying and after removing masks . Addtionally, wash your hands after touching mask during use .
Storage :
Recommended to store in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive environment .
